Riverside Chevrolet has a unique distinction: We "walk" our "talk". WE MEAN IT when we tell you "No Problem" because WE DO what it takes to make you happy! How? If you're not happy with your car purchase for any reason, just bring your car back to us within 3 days and we will do the right thing: we'll allow you to choose another vehicle from our huge inventory of new and used cars. That's right, you're allowed to change your mind at Riverside Chevrolet dealerships with no debate, no attitude and no heat. We'll do the right thing, because that's the way you should be treated as our most important asset: our customer. Why? At Riverside Chevrolet we're not happy, if you're not happy.
As provided in the standard Installment Sales Contract, there is no cooling off period for car sales. However, Riverside Chevrolet unique policy provides for your selection of any other Riverside Chevrolet new or used car and the return of your car as provided in our written Exchange Policy Option and Agreement. Of course, if you select a replacement vehicle with a higher selling price, you must pay the difference. See our written Exchange Policy Option and Agreement for full details. And to make you more comfortable before you buy, ask any of our staff members for a copy of our policy. We know of no other dealer in the country that allows you to exchange a new or used car purchase, but at Riverside Chevrolet we say: "It's No Problem!"
